Welcome to the new Velvet Knights Drum & Bugle Corps website. If you are a current member, what an exciting adventure you’re going to have being a part of this new legend. If you are just now considering joining the organization let me personally urge you to do so, this will be unlike anything you’ve ever done. Why? There are many reasons:

1. Never before has there been so much discussion and anticipation about a new drum corps. Everyone is anxious to see us in this, our inaugural year.

2. The main focus of this Corps is to entertain the crowd and worry about scores later.

3. Everyone in the Corps will have strong training in movement and dance (including the front ensemble).

4. The show design is meant to entertain everyone, but to be current in its content.

5. The creative staff is just that, they are the most creative and innovative group of people I’ve ever been associated with.
