First and foremost, I am very pleased and excited to be the new director for the Velvet Knights Drum & Bugle Corps for the 2008 season.
We are very excited to have a large part of our staff back, such as Clint Matsen, Sean McDermott etc. etc........and extremely excited to add such instructors as Rich Hinshaw, coming in as our percussion caption head.
More than that, I am looking forward to working with them. We have had our first staff meeting, and let me tell you, man the excitement in the air was amazing......ideas for the season are brewing, and just can’t wait to see the show on the field again.
Open House is coming in a couple of weeks..........auditions in November and December, and then we move on!!!
